Hong Kong Airlines Flight Review – HKG to DPS in Business Class

Today, I am flying from Hong Kong to Bali Denpasar International Airport with Hong Kong Airlines in Business class.  The flight time is 5 hours and 30 minutes.

Lounge

Hong Kong Airlines is based in Hong Kong and is founded in 2006.  Its VIP lounge, Club Autus, is located in Midfield Concourse at Hong Kong International Airport.  The lounge serves First and Business class customers.  The lounge is clean and airy; some seats are with window view of runway and aircrafts which I really like about.

At the Gate

Hong Kong Airlines is located in Terminal 1 at the airport.  The Concourse is modern and expansive.  The checkin is quick.

Here is the bird flying us to Bali.

The Aircraft

We are flying on the wide-body jet Airbus A330-200.  There are 18 Business class flat-bed seats and 246 Economy standard seats.  The Business class seat is comfortable.

The Flight

Let’s hear the sound of the A330 jet engines during takeoff.

We experience some turbulent during the flight; it is at a point when the cabin service has to be stopped for safety reasons.  Other than this, the flight is pretty comfortable.  As the plane is approaching the final destination, Mount Agung, the highest mount in Bali, comes into sight.

Meals

Full course meals are served.  The food is fresh and tasty.

Service

The cabin crew team is friendly and attentive, addressing the passengers needs in timely manner.

Landing

We finally arrive Denpasar International Airport in Bali.  The touchdown is smooth and easy, thanks to the pilots.

Conclusion

I am very impressed and enjoyed this flight.  I recommend this airline to anyone.
