Hawaiian Airlines has 2 daily flights from San Francisco to Hawaii – one to Honolulu and the other to Maui. I am flying to Maui in Premium Economy class today.
At the Gate
In the middle of February, the airport is not so crowded in the morning. This flight to Maui is still a full one.
The Aircraft
This wide-body jet Airbus A330 will fly us to the destination.
The premium seat is pretty comfortable for this 5+ hour flight. There are plenty of legroom.
Takeoff
The departure is on time. It’s a a beautiful morning in San Francisco. The aircraft is being taxied to the runway.
Taking off at runway 1L in SFO; then heading toward South of Pacific ocean.
Meals
Premium class passengers receive a complimentary meal and drink. It’s hot sandwich and the taste is good. The meal and drink are served few hours after the departure.
Arrival
I did not sleep nor watch any movie during the flight. I was just enjoying the immense view of the Pacific ocean. Time went by pretty quick and we are now arriving at the Kahului International Airport (OGG).
