Excellent recipe! Especially for a beginner cook as well as using the instant pot for the first time with this recipe. Thank you so much for the clear directions! Roast came out juicy and perfect! I added a little steak seasoning and a pinch of cayenne pepper. Only suggestion from a beginner cook is if you could please add the measurements into the recipe so I don’t have to keep scrolling up to check the ingredient measurements. The roast came out juicy and delicious! Thank you so much for sharing this recipe!
