Making this tonight. It’s probably obvious to everyone else (SMH!!) but in either the crockpot or Instapot, are we adding raw noodles or are we boiling them first? Thank you! (Also grabbed your chocolate cheecsecake recipe and making that for a family party this week!)

I typically double this recipe and add a pound of ground chicken or turkey along with the turkey sausage
It’s definitely one of my favorites and I also sometimes add some vegetables

This recipe looks delicious. Could I ask what the ingredients in the Italian sausage please? It’s not something that is readily available in the UK but I’d like to see if I can find something similar.
