Personally I prefer to microwave my potatoes for 3-5 minute, depending on size, before I air-fry them which cuts down on the cooking time and works just as well.

I loved this recipe so much! It’s quicker than in the oven and loved the crispy skin, which we coated in steak seasoning and salt, which made for a tasty eat!

In reply to Jenny. No , pop then in microwave for roughly 8 minutes to reduce time in AF. AF then for 15 minutes at 200c
