This was just the ticket for a cold windy fall day, and a perfect way to use up the last of the big bag of noodles I’d had to buy for soup. I followed the recipe exactly except I added 1/8 teaspoon each ground nutmeg and ground allspice for more of a “Swedish meatball” taste. I served it with steamed broccoli on the side. Hubby and I loved it. Thanks!

I made a double batch of this for my family today and oh boy! I think this may be the best Swedish meatball dish I have ever had! My family said the same! And to think how easy it was and that I did it myself. Thank you so much for this recipe! It’s now one of our go to faves!

The cook time should stay the same when doubling in the Instant Pot

I’m newer to InstantPots lol when doubling, do I need to adjust the cook time?
